Istanbul On Boat terms and conditions
These terms apply when you send an enquiry or reservation request through Istanbul On Boat. They explain the request process. The services, price, payment and cancellation conditions for a particular booking must be confirmed separately in writing.
Sending a request
Submitting a form, email or WhatsApp message does not confirm availability, reserve a boat or cruise cabin, or make a payment. We review your request and contact you about the available arrangements. Check the written confirmation before making travel plans that depend on the booking.
Your travel details
Provide accurate contact details, dates, traveler numbers and the services you want. Tell us about existing reservations, luggage, child-seat needs, walking limits or equipment requirements relevant to the service. A request for assistance or special arrangements is not confirmation that they are available.
Services, prices and payment
Check the selected product page and the written proposal or confirmation for the date, departure time, meeting point, duration, passenger numbers, inclusions, exclusions, optional extras, currency and total price. Payment arrangements depend on the selected service and are confirmed before you book. A payment statement on one product does not apply automatically to another.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as you need to change or cancel a request or booking. The applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions depend on the selected service and supplier, and must be provided in the written booking terms before confirmation. Ask for these conditions if they are missing. This page does not promise free cancellation, a refund or a fixed cancellation charge.
Departure and operating arrangements
Follow the meeting and boarding instructions in your confirmation. Tell us promptly if your flight, ship schedule or contact details change. Weather, port operations, ship clearance and traffic may affect arrangements. If a change is needed, contact us to confirm the options and any applicable booking conditions; onward connections are not guaranteed.
Cruises, hotels and other suppliers
For cruise-and-stay requests, the proposal identifies the cruise, hotel, transfers and sightseeing included. Cruise lines, hotels and other suppliers may have separate booking, passenger, payment and cancellation conditions. Review the conditions applicable to each service before confirming it. A local Bosphorus boat trip is a separate service from a multi-day cruise.
Privacy and acknowledgement
The required checkbox combines agreement to these terms with consent to use your submitted details to respond to this request.
