For groups of fewer than 14 guests, request a private yacht.
Passenger limit or seated dinner capacity?
A passenger limit is not a seated dinner capacity. Tables, service space, a stage or a dance floor reduce the room available. For 150 dinner guests, compare banquet seating; for 250 reception guests, compare standing capacity. Before confirming, check indoor space for bad weather, presentation space and boarding arrangements for your layout.

When should the event start?
Choose daytime gatherings, sunset receptions or evening galas. Allow about 30–45 minutes before sunset for a sunset start. Istanbul sunset ranges from 17:38–18:02 in November to 20:29–20:40 in June (calculated, checked 24 October 2026). Your proposal sets the exact times.

What is the difference between guest capacity and seated dinner capacity?
Passenger capacity is the maximum carried. Dinner seating is lower because tables, service areas and event equipment take space. Compare the capacity for your proposed layout.
Can you arrange catering, entertainment and AV?
Yes, on request: seated dinner, buffet or reception catering with dietary needs noted; AV, DJ or live music, branding and photographer. Each item is quoted in your proposal.
Where do guests board, and can you arrange hotel transfers?
The proposal confirms the event boat's pier. Hotel-to-pier transfers are paid and priced in your quote.
What happens if it rains?
