How booking and payment work
Scheduled cruises begin with your date, guest details and selected package. The team confirms the arrangements and any hotel pick-up time on WhatsApp. Private charters and company events begin with a request, followed by an offer and your confirmation.
Every booking, scheduled or private, is paid on board. There is no online prepayment to lose if your plans change. Please tell us on WhatsApp as early as you can if you need to cancel. If a cruise cannot run, the team contacts guests on WhatsApp.

Questions about a cruise or a private event? We usually reply within minutes on WhatsApp. Include your travel date and cruise name when asking about a reservation. For an existing request, use the contact details you gave the team.
